I feel like it 's pretty clear that Rondo is the type that cares a lot about his teammates , but has a real issue with authority. He clashes a ton with coaches. Just look at the shit he pulled in Dallas.

But he 's often described as taking rookies under his wing , standing up for his teammates , and putting in extra hours to help others out.

CP3 just seems like a kiss-ass. He 's like the Golden boy cool kid , and he can probably do no wrong in his mind. He 's probably the exact type Rondo despises.
